Since customer satisfaction is at the heart of our policy, we want you to take the time to try our products, so we offer a 60-day trial period starting from the receipt of the ordered products.

However, this offer does not apply to consumable products such as soap, dry oil, and the glove (which is not a consumable but cannot be resold afterward), because as you can imagine, returning a half-used soap means it’s trash… You can still return the soap, oil & glove if the items returned are unopened, undamaged, and complete in their original packaging.

Regarding the razor, stand, unused blades, you can return them without any problem even if you have used them as long as you kept the original box. No special reason is needed to return your razor & accessories.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Our refund policy is 60 days. If 60 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

CASE 1: EXCHANGE

Did you receive a broken razor or something else? We will exchange it for free.

CASE 2: REFUND


- To return your product, you must send an email to our support team; return approvals by phone are not accepted at support@tryshavest.com

- Our support team is the only one who can provide you with the return address (which we create for you).

SPECIAL CASE: If you open a refund/dispute request with Stripe

Make sure to record a video of the defective product so your request can be approved.
Only Stripe is responsible for making the decision; our email/phone team cannot intervene, speed up the process, or support your arguments.
REMINDER: Any items returned to the wrong address or without a pre-approval email (pre-approval email to obtain up to 60 days after delivery) are exempt from being accepted for return.

- To complete your return, we will create a custom return label with your address. Once received at our warehouse, you will receive a refund. If you have not received it after 10 business days, please contact us.

- Return shipping costs are free.

- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be automatically applied to the original payment method.

- If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to enter your full address information at checkout. In case of delivery issues due to incomplete address, missing information, etc., you will be responsible, and we will not be able to refund or resend the products.
