How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

When will I receive the tracking information?

24 hours after your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us!

How long does it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days (we ship with Colissimo or Mondial Relay). However, in some countries, customs may be responsible for delays. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking.

How can I cancel my order?
